Castle Park - Best Amusement Park in Riverside- Not just a place you see off the freeway

Do you ever drive the 91 freeway and look over and see a place with rides and miniature golf and think one day we will have to check it out? That was me, I always stated one day, but that one day never came. For whatever reason, we never visited Castle Park Riverside. Though I'm kicking myself now, I just found out what we have been missing all this time.

The IE Mommy Blogger tribe invited us to attend an afternoon of fun at Castle Park this past weekend. Thank you Castle park for hosting the IE Mommy Blogger Tribe.

And what fun we had! I had no clue they even had a small water park there.

We had a blast, we cooled off in the water, we ate lunch, we rode rides, and there's even an arcade there plus miniature golf. Whatever your favorite thing to do is, it was there.

The best part, it is autism-friendly. My boys had a blast. There was plenty of room to run around, The staff was friendly, and the wait times were short, which is a plus in our world.

I have to tell you we aren't waiting for "someday" to return. We will be returning one day soon and looking into getting passes.

Thank you again, Castle park for hosting the IE Mommy Blogger Tribe

Buccaneer Cove (my youngest favorite)

Buccaneer Cove closes for the 2021 summer season on September 19th. but we are already planning our summer of 2022 there.

*Buccaneer Cove features four levels of family water play with dozens of interactive water elements, including 5 colorful water slides, interactive aqua domes, fun spray cannons, spray loops and cylinder spray fountains. Lounge chairs and seating as well as private cabanas available to rent that will provide guests with the chance to take a break from the sun. Cabanas are the best way to have an exclusive space for you and your family to relax.

The Ride Park

Oh, my boy couldn't get enough of the thrills. He loved the coaster so much. He went on that one five plus times.

*When it comes to our rides, we offer plenty of special Castle Park experiences themed to let you feel like the royalty that you are, no matter your age. Younger guests can meet a famed wizard up-close on his personal kid-friendly roller coaster, Merlin's Revenge, and feel like they're in a legend. Older guests and kids alike, meanwhile, can conquer the daring quest of the Screamin' Demon roller coaster, which is a much more wild ride. For a first-time thrill that will leave even the smallest guests in awe, you can take a flight into the sky on the Dragon Flyer. Plus, with thrill rides like the Fireball, which will leave your head spinning, even the bravest of knights won't need to look far for adventure.

Arcade

*The best place to play video games with your friends is at the arcade at Castle Park. Right inside the castle, an enormous space lives for playing the best, most fun game around. The unique arcade gives you access to state-of-the-art video games and even some of the classics all throughout the ground floor.

Mini Golf

*No matter how old you are, no one can resist the chance to go up against friends and family in a riveting round of Mini Golf! Here at Castle Park, we've got you covered with not one, not two, but FOUR full 18-hole Mini Golf courses! These courses make up a marathon of Mini Golf goodness you can enjoy from dawn to dusk. You can even keep the fun going after it gets dark with over 4,700 lights that come up after the sun's gone down. Whether or not you take a break, we have everything you need to make your family competition an all-day event that will leave you laughing.
