My Jelly Bean was so excited that we were gifted Osmo Math Wizard and the Secrets of the Dragons from Osmo. A math series of learning through hands-on Play.
I love the fact that Osmo is always hands-on and an adventure in learning.
All you need is an Ipad or a Fire Tablet, the Osmo base and you are all set.
When my Jellybean saw Osmo box the Secrets of the Dragons, he got super excited. "Osmo play?" he said over and over until we opened the box and explored the new Osmo adventure that awaited him.
The secret of the Dragon is everyday math measurements. Oh, the fun my boy had measuring dragons. As you can see it's a serious job to measure those dragons and it takes concentration. I love how he has to listen and follow directions too.
On the screen, he saw a dragon and had to open the Guidebook to measure the specific dragon. Sometimes it wanted you to measure in centimeters sometimes it says to measure the dragon in inches. (That is why two rulers are included: one for inches and one for centimeters) He also needed to feed the Dragon, and it tells you which food.
